Arizona revokes license of social worker Fred Elsen for sex with client

On April 2, 2012, the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners accepted the surrender of social worker Fred Elsen’s license, deemed a revocation, for unprofessional conduct. The Board’s report states that Elsen engaged in a sexually intimate relationship with a peer support specialist, who was also a current client at his place of employment.
