Acadia Healthcare: Erlanger Behavioral Health Failed to Prevent Patient-on-Patient Rape

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A man on Tennessee's sex offender registry for child rape now faces new charges after police say he raped a fellow patient in a hospital room at a behavioral hospital in Chattanooga on Friday.

Deputies arrested 49-year-old Shantonya Terrell Jones on Sunday.

A police report our newsroom obtained says the incident happened at the Erlanger Behavioral Health Hospital on Holtzclaw Avenue Friday night.
