Washington psychologist Monte L. Scott surrenders following allegations of sex with two patients

In June 2007 the Washington State Psychology Board accepted an agreement by Monte L. Scott to surrender his credential and cease practice as a psychologist in the state of Washington.  He had been subject to terms and conditions under a stayed suspension of his license, based on earlier allegations of unprofessional conduct and sexual misconduct.  Board documents allege that Mr. Scott engaged in sexual activities with two patients, under the pretense of treatment. 1
