Washington Psychologist Jennifer Lesser Brysacz Suspended 2.5 Years for Sexual Misconduct

On February 24, 2021, The Washington State Department of Health suspended the license of Seattle psychologist Jennifer Brysacz

The Department found that Brysacz had engaged in Sexual Misconduct or Contact with a patient.  

From May 2, 2019 through August 29, 2019, Brysacz provided a total of 17 treatment sessions to the patient. On September 6, 2019, the patient terminated treatment with Brysacz. On that same day, Bryzacz and the patient went out on a social date and commenced a romantic relationship. 

Brysacz’s license is suspended for a period of two and one-half years. She may not petition for reinstatement until the end of that time. Prior to reinstatement she shall pay a fine of $1000.00
