Delaware psychiatrist indicted on insurance fraud and identity theft charges

On Monday, Delaware psychiatrist Dr. Karl McIntosh was indicted by a grand jury on charges of health care fraud, insurance fraud, theft and 11 counts of identity theft.  McIntosh was the president of Delaware's Board of Medicine from 2006 to 2008. 

He was arrested on Tuesday but released after posting $50,000 bail.  He was ordered to surrender his passport and not leave the state.
