State refuses to renew psychiatrist John Heather's license

In August 2013, the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation placed the license of psychiatrist John Heather in refuse to renew status, due to disciplinary action taken against him by the state of Ohio, which reprimanded for, among other things, prescribing Adderall to a family member but failing document the diagnosis and purpose for prescribing it.
