Michigan psychologist disciplinary actions, June - July 2013

In June and July 2013, the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (MDLRA) took the following disciplinary actions against psychologists:

Suspended the license of psychologist Darryl Lee Douglas for lack of good moral character and violation of general duty/negligence.

Placed psychologist Joell La Vonne Morrill on probation and limited or restricted her license due to sexual misconduct.

Summarily suspended psychologist Kristine Arlene Wisner due to mental/physical inability to practice; violation of general duty/negligence and substance abuse.
