State issues charges against social worker Dennis Vandermause following fraud conviction

On June 10, 2013, the Washington State Department of Health (DoH) charged social worker Dennis Vandermause with unprofessional conduct, misrepresentation or fraud and conviction of a gross misdemeanor or felony. The DoH’s document states that Vandermause was indicted in April 2012 in Wisconsin for billing Medicaid for services that were never rendered and that a sentence was entered in January 2013 for False Statements in a Federal Health Care Program was entered.
