Social worker Bethany Haley surrenders license for unprofessional conduct

On February 28, 2013, clinical social worker Bethany Haley surrendered her license to the Tennessee Department of Health. The Deparment’s report states that Haley engaged in “unprofessional conduct…failed to make every effort to avoid dual relationships with client and/or relationships that might impair her independent professional judgment….”
