On August 16, 2012, the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists took the following disciplinary actions:
Suspended Beryl J. Rushefsky for practicing on a delinquent license and entering into an inappropriate business relationship with a former patient. Rushefsky was also ordered to pay an administrative penalty and to retake the psychologist’s Jurisprudence Exam, among other terms and conditions ordered by the Board.
