Florida revoked license of Dr. Sandra Rose Lackings

On May 21, 2012, the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling permanently revoked the license of registered clinical social worker intern Sandra Rose Lackings.

According to the Order, on or about June 30, 2010, Lackings pled no contest to one count of felony exploitation of the elderly/disabled and one count of felony theft from the elderly of more than $300 but less than $10,000.

Part of the plea agreement required Lackings to surrender any and all professional licenses within 30 days and to notify the licensing agencies of her conviction.
