Ohio mental health counselor Doris Murray suspended

On November 18, 2011, the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker & Marriage and Family Therapist Board issued an Adjudication Order, suspending the license of professional counselor license of Doris G. Murray for a minimum of one year. According to the Order, Murray entered into a Consent Agreement with the Board in March 2009, in which she was required to take four courses and twelve semester hours in professional, legal and ethical responsibilities and other topics prior to renewing her license. However, Murray renewed her license in December 2010 without having completed the requirements of the Consent Agreement.
