State fines psychologist Douglas H. Ruben on ethics matter

On April 21, 2011, the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs’ Bureau of Health Professions (BHP) imposed a fine on psychologist Douglas Howard Ruben for unethical business practice and a violation of the Michigan Public Health Code.
