Child pyschologist reaches plea deal in child porn case

September 21, 2017

Kenneth Breslin, a 69-year-old child psychologist in California who was charged with possessing thousands of child porn images last year, will be sentenced in a plea deal next month.

After being released on bail, he disobeyed a court order that he not access the internet, and obscured his browsing history by routing it through a foreign server.  Additionally, he continued to email himself links to child porn although federal prosecutors could not prove he had accessed the material and declined to file additional charges.

His sentencing is scheduled for October 26.
