Texas revokes license of counselor Mark Britain for sexual exploitation of client

On April 15, 2011, the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors revoked the license of professional counseling Mark Britain. According to the Board's report, this revocation is "Related to failure to set and maintain professional boundaries by entering into a dual relationship with a client, and by engaging in sexual exploitation of a client, failure to respond to a board request for information
regarding a complaint, misrepresented facts to a Department investigator and made false accusations against complainant, and billed for counseling services that were not rendered.
