Ohio mental health counselor Jennifer Greulich surrenders license

On October 17, 2011, the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker & Marriage and Family Therapist Board accepted the surrender of Jennifer Greulich's license to practice as a professional counselor.

The Board’s document only states that the Board received a complaint against Greulich, regarding her license but does not reveal the nature of the complaint.
