|
On August 8, 2007, the California Board of Psychology revoked Marilyn Windham's license to practice. Ms. Windham pleaded guilty December 12, 2006 to a felony charge of engaging in sex with an inmate of Folsom Prison, where she was formerly employed. Court documents show a prison guard discovered Ms. Windham partially nude and "in a compromising position" with an inmate in one of the prison's clinics. Windham resigned about a month after the incident. She was sentenced February 9, 2007 to 90 days in prison and three years probation. 1 1 “Psychologist pleads guilty to sex with inmate,” Associated Press, 14 December 2006 and “Hot Sheet,” Medical Board of California Discipline Coordination Unit, September 2007. |
