On June 8, 2007 the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia erased psychiatrist Anca Ioana Bostinariu from the medical register, having found her guilty to of unprofessional conduct.  Dr. Bostinariu hired two former patients as employees—a violation of rules and regulations governing the therapist-patient relationship. ¹
