Ohio mental health counselor John B. Frankenburg surrendered his license on January 19, 2007 in lieu of disciplinary action. Mr. Frankenburg was found to have engaged in a sexual relationship with a client. He was also terminated from his position at the facility where he was employed (and where he engaged in the sexual relationship) for non-compliance regarding documentation of client records.¹
